Monday Morning Gratitude: Why I LOVE Mondays

Just like every single day I wake up on this side of the dirt, it is a GREAT day! I’m so happy to be alive – and super excited what the Universe will deliver today, this week and throughout the month. As five year old Ava Kalea gets two choices every morning: She can choose 1) to have a good day or 2) to have a GREAT day. I’m super glad that she almost always chooses to have a GREAT day!

Many people dread Mondays because it signals that their weekend is over and its the start of another work week. I actually LOVE Mondays because of all the new and exciting things that are going to be happening today and this week. Mondays are a new opportunity to create, live and love.

Today I am especially grateful to be alive. Here is a short list of things that I am particularly grateful for today:

• New beginnings
• Comeback stories
• My first month living in Hawaii
• The unknown – what kind of magic is going to happen today?
• Earbuds
• Health – and being able to exercise daily. Especially for all the “unique” people at the gym who make me laugh inside (thinking about doing some hidden camera videos).
• Bacon. Yes – bacon. Very grateful for bacon. It makes my girls happy!
• Jasper AI – a great program that helps me write and create every day.
• Technology challenges – Despite being really geeky, I’ve had many lately. Definitely helping me work on patience, as well as working on creative solutions.
• Affiliate marketing. SEO Affiliate Domination. Being committed to learning and earning.
• Rebranding this website and ignoring the crazy politicians, paid for media, little tech and their antics. Just want to stay positive now and forever. I opt out of politics.

I wake up on Monday morning and I am grateful. I am grateful for my bed, for my home, for my family and friends. I am grateful for my health. I am grateful for the opportunity to work from home and be my own boss. I am grateful for the chance to make a difference in people’s lives through affiliate marketing.

I love Mondays because I get to start my week off with a positive attitude and good intentions. I set my goals for the week and I get to work towards achieving them. I love that I can take control of my own destiny and create my own success. I love that I can help others by sharing what I know about affiliate marketing.

Monday is a fresh start, a new beginning, a new opportunity. May is the month that is supposed to provide May flowers after A LOT of rain in April. Even here in Hawaii, April was a very rainy month and I’m truly hoping that May will indeed bring more sunshine and lots of flowers.

It’s definitely going to be a month where I learn A LOT about affiliate marketing. I’ve learned quite a bit about affiliate marketing over the years, but have never made the opportunity to focus on it. The next 90 days I have carved out as my opportunity to learn more about affiliate marketing and actually getting it to pay off for me.

I want to be able to share what I learn with others so that they can benefit from it as well.

If you’re not familiar with affiliate marketing, it’s basically a way for website owners to make money by promoting products and services on their site. When a visitor clicks on one of the affiliate links on the site and makes a purchase, the website owner gets a commission. It’s a great way to monetize a website or blog and can be very lucrative if done correctly.

I’m looking forward to the next three months and all that they have in store for me. I’m going to focus on my affiliate marketing goals, learning as much as I can and sharing what I learn with others. I hope you’ll join me.
