Joseph Morgan Kennedy was born on October 28, 1933 and died in Seattle on Thursday April 6, 2017. He was a father, brother, son and husband. He is survived by his widow Wendy Kennedy, sister Mary Coe Blom, daughter Jennifer Varrelman, step-daughter Stephanie, step-son Loren, sons Chris, Mike and Joe and numerous grandchildren.
Joe M. Kennedy spent the last years of his life traveling with his wife and honing his skills in photography and PhotoShop.
Kennedy was a man who worked extremely hard to support his family and make sure his children were raised in the way he thought was right. His career path led him to sell truck trailers for various truck manufacturers until he became a stockbroker in the San Francisco and Seattle areas. His clients ranged from a Mafia Hitman who himself died of lead poisoning to the late Rick Kaminski the famous Seattle Mariners Peanut Guy.
He graduated from Oregon State University, pitched on the OSU baseball team and was a former semi-professional pitcher for the Cheney Studs and carried his passion for baseball late into his life.
