Aliana, a 2,000-acre master-planned community located in Richmond, TX announced today it has been ranked in the Top 30 in sales nationally for master-planned communities (MPCs) by real estate consulting firms RCLCo and John Burns. Aliana sold 430 new homes in 2018, ranking it fifth in the state in new home sales.

The ranking of RCLCo’s and John Burns’ top-selling communities is based on total net new home sales as reported by each individual community. To be included, MPCs must be developed with a strong vision and comprehensive plan that guide development and unify the community. This is accomplished through distinctive signage, wayfinding, entry features, landscaping, and architectural/design standards that foster an environment of community.
Aliana is one of the largest master-planned communities in Fort Bend County. The award-winning community features new homes priced from the $280s to more than $1 million, with homes for first-time buyers, low-maintenance luxury homes and custom homes. Aliana is home to nearly 3,200 households with approximately 4,200 planned at build-out.
