Overlake Medical Center announced today the addition of five new team members, including Dr. Olav Jaren who joined the Neuroscience Institute.
A number of Overlake Medical Center primary care and specialty providers are currently accepting new patients, including the latest additions to the team.

Olav R. Jaren, MD, PhD, joined the Overlake Neuroscience Institute in the fall.Dr. Jaren is board certified in Neurology as of 2008. He graduated from the University of Iowa’s Roy J. and Lucille A. Carver School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Michigan. He attended the Burnham Institute in La Jolla, California for his fellowship. Ilse-Marie Reichert, ARNP, joined the Overlake Medical Center Clinics Cardiology team in December as a registered nurse practitioner. Reichert received her training from Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana.
Lekha Madhavan, MD, who served as an Overlake Medical Center hospitalist from 2007 to 2014, has returned to Overlake as a primary care physician at Overlake Medical Clinics Primary Care Hospital Campus. Dr. Madhavan completed her residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane and completed her internship in internal medicine at Texas Technical University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo, Texas. She attended medical school at Trivandrum Medical College at the University of Kerala, India. Dr. Madhavan is board certified in internal medicine.
Tyler Kuhk, MN, ARNP, is a critical care nurse at Overlake Medical Center who has transferred to Overlake Medical Clinics Pulmonary Medicine. Kuhk attended nursing school at the University of Toronto. He is certified in critical care by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and is also certified by the American Association of Nurses Practitioners in adult gerontology primary care.
Cara Wade, ARNP, has joined the Overlake Medical Center Clinics team in Redmond. Wade attended nursing school at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. and is certified in family practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
