Lucky Strike Entertainment recently announced A2Kitchen (A2K), a newly developed restaurant concept featuring a menu of elevated classics cultivated by Chef Rodelio Aglibot, an award-winning chef and former host and chef on TLC’s The Food Buddha. Located in Lucky Strike venues across the nation, A2K’s distinctive concept places the sophistication of a chef-driven restaurant and full-service mixologist bar amidst the stimulating atmosphere of art, music and an energetic crowd.

Having attained success at multiple award-winning restaurants, Agilbot has played an influential part of the culinary scene in Los Angeles, New York City and Chicago and provides Lucky Strike with a gastropub dining experience. The celebrated chef has created a menu full of custom dishes with a strong focus on culinary technique and unique use of organic ingredients.
“I attended the opening of Lucky Strike Hollywood back when I was the executive chef at Koi – being a longtime bowler I was excited to see the bowling alley reinvented,” says Rodelio Aglibot. “Now being part of the Lucky Strike culinary team I look forward to reinventing dining atA2K and adding to the overall Lucky Strike Entertainment experience.”
The A2K menu consists of rich comfort food prepared daily with locally sourced ingredients. From unimpeachable classics to exclusive newcomers, A2K epitomizes laid-back refinement. Guests will find contemporary takes on old favorites like: panko-crusted Wisconsin cheese curds with tomato jam, ahi tuna poke flatbread and breaded chicken breast with salsa verde and chimichurri aioli. A2K will also debut a new cocktail list featuring a “seasonal kitchen” approach with hand-crafted cocktails, fine small batch and locally distilled spirits, ripe produce, herbs and spices.

About Chef Rodelio Aglibot
As a first generation Filipino American growing up in his native Hawaii, Rodelio Aglibot got his first inkling that his true love in life would be cooking ​at a very early age. After attending UCLA, he pursued his culinary aspirations at the City College of San Francisco’s Hotel and Restaurant Program, later participating in the prestigious Chef’s Apprenticeship Program at the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia. Aglibot ​has been​ involved in numerous ​successful ​restaurant openings, including E & O Trading Company, Yi Cuisine, Koi Restaurant, Ahi Bros, and more. Known for ​his focus ​on traditional Japanese ingredients ​infused ​with French technique and California style, Aglibot currently works as a Consulting Chef with several clients, including Chicago-based chain Stir Crazy, The Custom Steakhouse, Sonoma Sandwich Board, Tatsoi, and Mendocino Farms in Los Angeles.​ Known the world over as “The Food Buddha” because of his dedication to his heritage and his approach to creative menu development, Aglibot has recently signed on as Chief Culinary Officer at Lucky Strike’s A2 Kitchen and Food Buddha Gourmet, his namesake frozen food line will launch late summer 2015​.​
