ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced this month that the federal government met its goal of awarding 5% of federal contracts to women-owned businesses (WOSBs) for the first time in history. This is a huge milestone for women entrepreneurs – and for those that are newer to government contracting, now is a great time to get started.
