Why I Went All-In as a Team BeachBody Coach

All-In with BeachBody and Joe AbsThree days ago I signed up as a Team BeachBody Coach, to help people get fit, healthy and happy!  I’m so excited to get started in this new business and lifestyle!

In interest of full disclosure and total transparency – this is not the first time I’ve been a Team BeachBody Coach.  I initially signed up as a ‘Coach’ about a year and a half ago, shortly after our daughter Ava Kalea was born.  My wife signed up to get back in shape after having the baby and wanted to get into the business while she was a stay at home mom – and I wanted to support her.  I was extremely skeptical of 1) working out at home and 2) BeachBody products in general – but always want to support my wife any way I can – and I was of course super happy that she wanted to get back into shape!  (the better shape we are in, the more fun our practice for making Ava Kalea, Jacqueline and Makaya a baby brother ……) Continue reading “Why I Went All-In as a Team BeachBody Coach”

Food Intake December 23, 2016

4:30 – Shakeology w 16 oz H2O

7:15 – 1 HB egg, preworkout drink with 16 oz H2O

7:30 – Workout, 64 oz H2O

9:45 am – 3 handfuls cashews (a weakness)

10am – 2 grilled cheeseburgers (grass fed beef) no bun, 4 poached eggs, 1 slice of whole wheat toast, green drink

6PM – grilled chicken scallopeni with 4 eggs fried in avocado oil, 1 oz cheese, green drink

8pm – 2 handfuls almonds, 2 handfuls, raisins

4:30 – Shakeology w 16 oz H2O

8AM Preworkout Drink, 16 oz H2O, 1 HB egg

8:15 Workout – Beast Legs, 64 oz H2O

11 AM – 2 scoops protein powder, 16 oz milk

11:15 – 2 grilled lean cheeseburgers no buns

3:30PM – 4 eggs fried in avocado oil, 1 slice whole wheat toast

10:15PM – green drink, handful of almonds

6:30 AM – Shakeology w 16 oz H2O

10 AM – Green Drink, Luna Bar

1PM – Preworkout Drink. 16 oz H2O

1:15PM – Workout, 64 oz H2O

3:45 – 2 scoops protein powder, 16 oz milk

4:15 – Sushi, lots of sushi

5:45 – 2 scoops protein powder, 16 oz milk

7:45 – 2 scoops protein powder, 16 oz milk

4AM – Shakeology w 16 oz H2O

7AM – 2 scoops of protein powder, 12 oz milk

8AM – 4 eggs fried in avocado oil, 1 piece whole wheat toast, 4oz grilled chicken breast, 16oz H2O

9:40AM – handful of almonds with vinegar and seasalt, handful of dried cranberries, 16oz H2O

12 Noon – 1/2 apple, 2 oz almond butter

12:15PM – preworkout drink, 16 oz H2O

12:30PM – workout, Beast Arms, 64 oz H2O

3PM – Grilled carne asada, 1 oz cheese, green drink

5:30PM – 4 eggs, small sweet potato

7PM – handful of almonds, handful of dried cranberries

8pm – 2 scoops of protein powder, 16 oz low fat milk

9Pm – 2 scoops of protein powder, 16 oz low fat milk

5:45 AM – Shakeology w 16 oz H2O

10 AM – 32 oz H2O, handful of cashews (unfortunately salted – one of my vices), small handful of dried cranberries, handful of almonds with vinegar and seasalt

1PM – 2 HB eggs, preworkout drink w 16oz H2O

1:15 PM Workout.  Monday Legs Day. 64 oz H2O

3:45 PM – ~ 6oz grilled carne asada, 1 oz cheese and green drink (spinach, celery, cucumber and H2O)

8:30 PM – .7 LB grilled lean ground sirloin, 2 oz cheeze, green drink

9PM – 2 handfuls almonds w vinegar and seasalt, 2 handfuls dried cranberries

7AM – Shakeology w 32 oz H2O

8AM – HB Egg, 3 tbs cottage cheese

9AM – 1/2 protein bar, 16oz H2O

11:30 – 2 scoops protein powder, 20oz H2O

12PM – Preworkout Drink, 16 oz H20

12:15 – 2:00pm Workout, 64 oz H2O, Beast Chest, jump ropes, abs

2:30 – Grilled lean burger, 3 poached eggs, sm sweet potato, green drink

5pm – 2 scoops protein powder with 20 oz H2O

9pm – 1 protein bar

 

 

Today is THE Day!

ShakeologyToday is the day that I get fully onboard with helping Stacia build her BeachBody Coaching business!

Just yesterday, I was finally released to full activity by the surgeon who did my hernia surgery a couple of months ago and I am super excited to get back into optimal shape.

Today I will start logging everything that I consume right here on this blog.

4:20 AM – Shakeology with water.  My daily dose of dense nutrition.

7 AM – Protein Bar, 16 oz h2o

10:45 AM – Preworkout drink

11-12:30 – Workout (Beast Arms) with extra jumprope and cardio.  64 oz H2O

Lunch December 16, 20161:15 PM – Lunch – Green Drink, Lean Grilled Hamburger, chopped tomato

1:45 PM Shower and Sex with my beautiful wife

2:30 – 5pm Nap

5pm – 4 eggs fried in avocado oil, 1 piece of wheat toast, 1 hb egg, 2 tbs almond butter, 8 tbs low fat cottage cheese, 2 scoops of protein powder with milk

9pm – Protein Bar, 32 oz H2O
