Chanel Holman and Mike Shea join leadership at Pearl Bellevue seafood bar

 PEARL Bellevue Seafood & Oyster Bar, a locally owned and operated restaurant in Bellevue which features a menu focused on fresh, seasonal seafood and local ingredients, is proud to welcome new restaurant managers Mike Shea and Chanel Holman. Shea will oversee the day-to-day management of the restaurant and Holman will be in charge of marketing, coordinating large events and staff management.

Shea’s management experience includes: general manager at Couer d’Alene Resort, general manager at Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar, and beverage manager at The Davenport Hotel.

“Mike’s management in the restaurant industry makes him a perfect fit with us at PEARL Bellevue,” said co-owner Mikel Rogers. “His industry knowledge, attention to detail and ability to anticipate the needs of our guests will only enhance the stellar dining experience we strive for at PEARL.”

Holman’s management experience comes from Colockum Ridge Restaurant and Jewel Hospitality. A Washington native, Holman graduated from the University of Washington.

“We’re thrilled to have Chanel join the PEARL family,” said executive chef and co-owner Bradley Dickinson. “She possesses a tremendous understanding of what it takes to create a special and unique event for parties of any size. Her ability to manage the process and integrate hospitality with food service is sure to give our guests the best dining experience possible.”

PEARL is driven by a menu laced with high quality, freshly caught Northwest seafood, prime steaks and seasonal specialties. Its wine list emphasizes the Northwest’s best offerings, featuring classic and recognizable names from Washington, California and Oregon, as well other great wine producing regions of the world. The restaurant boasts a lively bar scene and a number of award-winning signature cocktails.
