Amazon’s Dave Clark to highlight the company’s growing presence in Downtown Bellevue
Hundreds of business and civic leaders will gather February 6, 2020, at Meydenbauer Center for the Bellevue Downtown Association’s (BDA) 46th Annual Celebration to recognize the progress and evolution of Bellevue’s urban center.
The program will celebrate recent achievements and explore trends driving Downtown’s growth in jobs, residents and amenities. The event will also feature the annual Placemaking Award presentation, honoring a major contribution to Downtown Bellevue’s built environment. This year’s honoree is Meydenbauer Bay Park. Reopened by the City of Bellevue in March 2019, the renovated park transformed Downtown’s waterfront connection and experience.
Capping the evening, Dave Clark, Amazon’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations, will speak to his team’s expansion in Downtown Bellevue. He will share key insights about the Worldwide Operations team’s strategy for delivering on Amazon’s mission to be Earth’s most customer-centric company.
