Fitness Product Review: Epitomie Fitness Power Core Ab Exercise Mat

Epitomie Fitness Power Core Ab Exercise MatThis is a review of the Power Core Ab Exercise Mat from Epitomie Fitness.  The Power Core Ab Exercise Mat is designed as a device to use for sit up routines and six pack workouts.  I like to think that my core workouts are helping to bring out my 8 pack, but those who know, know that “Abs are cooked in the kitchen”.  Even if you eat a perfectly clean Live-It, you will still want to work your core – and Epitomie Fitness has provided a great tool in The Power Core Ab Exercise Mat.
