It’s still early in the day, but I’m having one of those mornings where my pc(s) are stopping me from getting anything done.
Compiled below is a simple list of foods that are good for you to eat and will help you tighten and tone your body to make it easier for you to show your abdominal muscles. These Joe Abs Powerfoods will help you reduce your waistline and help you create the new healthy Live-It for the rest of your life!
#1 – Green Leafy Vegetables – Spinach, arugula, bok choy, endive, kohlrabi, mustard greens, and watercress.
#2 – Legumes and Beans – Black beans, Chickpeas (aka garbanzos), Kidney beans, Lima beans, Navy beans, Pinto beans, Soy beans and White beans.
#3 – Nuts – especially Almonds, Walnuts. Raw, unflavored and unsalted.
#4 Oatmeal – unsweetened and unflavored. Instant is fine, but steel cut is finer and more dense, making it healthier.
#5 Dairy – Fat-Free or Low Fat Yogurt, Milk and Cheese
#6 Lean Meats – Turkey, chicken, fish and lean steak
#7 Berries – especially raspberries and blueberries. Non-processed, no sugar added, fresh or frozen.
#8 Whey protein – take in extra whey protein at least a couple times a day in a shake or smoothie. I use and recommend Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein and buy it at Walmart for the best price.
