JoeKennedy.biz Takes Another Turn – Now the Site for Bellevue Real Estate Investor

As things continue to change, so does this site!  JoeKennedy.biz is now the home of the Bellevue Real Estate Investor.

I obviously have a lot work to do on the site – but I’ll get to it!

All I ask is for anyone selling real estate in Bellevue, Seattle or on the Eastside to allow me to make a cash offer on your property within 48 hours BEFORE you hire an agent or realtor who will charge you up to 6% of the sales price – which is probably a much bigger percentage of your home equity or what you may receive when you sell.  In short, I may be able to save you money – and a lot of hassle.  Let me write you an offer.  Take it if you find it compelling – walk if you don’t.
