After a s0mewhat discouraging open house in Sammamish yesterday with no visitors, today’s open house in Kirkland Highlands has proven to be a bit more successful. At least I’ve had two people through so far with over an hour left to go.
The first visitor was a fellow real estate professional from the Kirkland-Market Street office of Windermere named Diane Charouhas. Diane is a very nice person who said some really nice things about my listing. I didn’t get a chance to talk to her too long, because she was on her way to holding an open house at her Kirkland listing at 1312 – 1st Street.
Regardless of how many visitors I get (or don’t get) to my open houses, I am going to continue to hold them every other week at each of my listings. I know that before long, the perfect person or family will show up and know that they want to live in this house.
