As many of you know, I’m constantly looking for another lease with purchase option on a house or condo in Bellevue. I just got a call from a really nice lady who has a house in Lynnwood she would like to sell or lease with flexible terms and/or seller financing. This is not a short sale situation – this three bedroom two bath house is owned outright with no mortgage.I have not yet toured the home, but will probably get up to view it on Monday. The asking price is $250,000 and the lease rate is around $1500 a month, with a option payment up front between $2k and $5k.
